On the 28th and 29th of November 2023, Ionic (Manila) successfully hosted its very 1st Ionic Officers Conference, marking the 9th seafarers conference for Ionic.
The two-day event commenced with messages from Ionic (Manila)’s President, Capt. Albert E. Bartilad and Ionic’s CEO, Mr. Dimitri-Frank Saracakis.
Participants received a comprehensive update on the company’s developments from Ionic’s Managing Director, Mr. Spyros N. Vlassopoulos. Discussions encompassed various topics related to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality, Training, P&I, Insurance and Crewing matters.
The event served as a milestone for both companies, as it was attended by both seafarers on vacation and those who are on board – thanks to the live streaming that transcended geographical boundaries.
