Capt. Albert completed his BS Maritime Transportation at the Feati University where he was awarded the Feati Lifetime Achievement Award.

He is a seasoned seafarer who has sailed onboard bulk carriers and tanker vessels sailing worldwide. Aside from being an active seafarer, he also assisted during the shipbuilding and sea trials of newly built oil and chemical tankers.

He has stopped sailing in 2008 to serve ashore in crewing and operations. He has held senior executive position as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in another manning agency for more than a decade. He was given a new leadership role when the company established its own training center before briefly taking a short break.

Aside from being a qualified auditor for shipping companies, he is also a certificated maritime instructor and assessor. He is also an Associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute.

Maris is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with comprehensive accounting knowledge and vast working experience in the maritime industry.

She oversees and manages the accounting department. She also ensures that all financial reports and crew allotments are accurate and on time.

Loren has been in the manning industry for almost a decade almost half of which in a managerial role.

She is a certificated lead auditor who has successfully passed audits conducted by various organizations such as DNV-GL, ABS, SQE Marine and government bodies, including MARINA and POEA.

Aside from being an auditor, she has handled various positions in manning agencies such as crewing, training and development, operations and administration.

Legal Support

Noel B. Dy earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Santo Tomas and later obtained a Law degree from Lyceum of the Philippines University.

He initially carved his niche in the real estate sector and subsequently transferred to the banking sector in the Legal and Collection Division for 11 years. Noel then took on legal positions with real estate companies, then expanded his expertise to the telecom industry, serving as a Legal Officer.

While Noel is relatively new to the maritime industry, his participation in the STCW Forum sponsored by MARINA and the Capability Enhancement Training for LMA Liaison Officers and Personnel sponsored by DMW, equips him with the necessary skills for this industry.
