As the exclusive provider of Filipino Officers and crew to our Principal, recruitment and selection of competent and qualified Officers and crew is at the core of our services. Additionally, we maintain close yet professional relationship with our Officers and crew to ensure Officer and crew retention within our pool.

Together with our Principal, we actively monitor the performance of our Officers and crew onboard. We also work hand in hand with reputable and accredited third party training providers to ensure that are Officers and crew are trained in accordance with prevailing regulations and guidance such as the STCW. We also conduct mandated pre-joining familiarization training and briefings, as requested by our Principal.

We ensure that our Officers and crew possess valid necessary documentations prior sending them onboard. These documents, include various travel documents, such as visa and guarantee letters; training certificates and flag documentations, as specified in the STCW, as well as their proof of medical fitness to work at sea.

Additionally, we also facilitate our Officers’ and crew’s safe and timely repatriation.

We facilitate smooth and timely processing of Officer and crew payroll and allotment – whether regular or emergency.  Allotments are computed based on prevailing official bank rates.
