IONIC (MANILA) MANNING INC. was established to provide competent and well-trained Filipino Officers and crew for our principals, Ionic Tankers (Mgt) Inc. and Ionic Bulk Carriers (Mgt) Inc.
We carefully recruit, select and assess our Officers and crew to maintain a pool of seafarers that meet and exceed the safety and quality standards of the shipping industry. Our Principals’ firm belief is that people make the difference, and as such, Ionic’s main objective is to support and facilitate our seafarers by owning and operating high-quality and modern vessels, whilst providing continuous trainings for further improvements. In addition, having a no-blame culture as well as an established welfare policy allows our seafarers to progress and see their careers grow.
